This policy explains what data GoldenerAPP, operated by Goldener Safran (“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you authorize GoldenerAPP through TikTok’s OAuth 2.0 flow, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve:
- Advertiser (ad account) IDs and names.
- Campaign, ad group and ad details.
- Performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.
- Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok.
We do not receive your TikTok password. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
How we use it
We use this data to provide reports and analytics in GoldenerAPP and to keep the service working and secure. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising profiling.
Sharing
We do not share TikTok data with third parties, except with service providers that host or operate our infrastructure on our behalf, or where the law requires it. We handle TikTok data in line with the TikTok for Business developer terms and policies.
Storage and retention
Tokens are stored encrypted and data is transferred over encrypted connections. We keep data while your connection is active. When you disconnect, or on request, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
You can remove GoldenerAPP’s access at any time in TikTok Business Center. You can also email us to ask what data we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.

Third-party services
GoldenerAPP depends on the TikTok Marketing API. Its availability, limits and features are controlled by TikTok and can change without notice.

Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features and may update these terms. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
